Voice Capture is available on Pro and Team plans. It turns one recording into as many as 25 proposed tasks, but creates nothing until you review and confirm.
Select the waveform in Quick Add, allow microphone access, and speak for up to three minutes. A recording can be at most 10 MB. TodoTicked can propose titles, notes, dates and times, all-day state, priorities, durations, recurrence, projects, and tags. Unknown projects or tags are routed safely to Inbox with a warning.
Review the transcript and every proposed task. Edit fields or remove unwanted tasks. Cancel creates nothing; Confirm creates the selected tasks as one operation and safely handles retries without duplicates.
Voice Capture needs an internet connection. Typed Quick Add remains available when offline, permission is denied, or the browser does not support microphone recording.
Audio Privacy
TodoTicked sends the recording to its configured transcription provider for processing. TodoTicked does not store raw audio or transcripts in its database, file storage, analytics, or application logs. The currently configured provider is OpenAI; review OpenAI's data controls for current API processing and retention terms.
