TodoTicked is available on the web, iPhone, iPad, macOS, Windows, and Linux. Use the official download page so you receive the current build for your platform.

Available Platforms

iOS App

Download

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
2. Search for "TodoTicked"
3. Tap Get to download

Setup

1. Open the app
2. Sign in with your account
3. Allow notifications when prompted
4. Enable widgets (optional)

Desktop Apps

Download

1. Visit the TodoTicked download page.
2. Select the macOS, Windows, or Linux download shown for your device.
3. Open the downloaded installer or package and follow the platform instructions.
4. Sign in with the same TodoTicked account used on the web or iOS.

Syncing Across Devices

Your data syncs automatically:

• Real-time sync - Changes appear instantly
• Offline support - Work without internet
• Conflict resolution - Smart handling of simultaneous edits

Sync Troubleshooting

If sync seems slow:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Refresh or reopen the app.
3. Confirm that you are signed into the same account on each device.
4. Sign out and back in if needed.

Notifications Setup

iOS Notifications

1. Go to Settings → Notifications → TodoTicked
2. Enable Allow Notifications
3. Choose alert style (Banner or Alert)
4. Enable sounds and badges

Desktop Notifications

• macOS: System Preferences → Notifications → TodoTicked
• Windows: Settings → System → Notifications → TodoTicked

Offline Mode

TodoTicked works without internet:

What works offline:

• View all tasks
• Create new tasks
• Edit existing tasks
• Complete tasks
• Create projects

What needs internet:

• Initial sign in
• Sharing and collaboration
• Sync across devices
• Attachments upload

When you're back online, everything syncs automatically.

Updating Apps

Automatic Updates

• iOS and iPadOS: Enable automatic updates in the App Store
• Desktop: Updates install automatically by default

Manual Updates

Check for updates in app:

1. Go to Settings → About
2. View current version
3. Tap Check for Updates

Uninstalling

Keep Your Data

Your data is stored in the cloud, so uninstalling won't delete your tasks. Just sign back in on any device to access everything.

Delete Account

To permanently delete your data:

1. Go to Settings → Account
2. Scroll to Delete Account
3. Confirm deletion

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Export your data first if you want a backup.
