Managing Your Subscription
Full control over your TodoTicked subscription.
Viewing Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- See your current plan
- View billing cycle
- Check next payment date
Changing Plans
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change plan
- Select new plan
- Confirm change
- Prorated charges apply
Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change plan
- Select lower plan
- Change takes effect at next billing date
Note: When downgrading, you keep Pro features until the current billing period ends.
Changing Billing Cycle
Switch between monthly and annual:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change billing cycle
- Select monthly or annual
- Confirm change
Annual billing saves about 33%.
Canceling Subscription
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel subscription
- Tell us why (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
After canceling:
- Access continues until billing period ends
- Data is preserved
- You can resubscribe anytime
- Downgrade to Free plan features
Pausing Subscription
Need a break? Pause instead of canceling:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Pause subscription
- Choose pause duration (1-3 months)
- Subscription pauses at next billing
During pause:
- You're on Free plan features
- Data preserved
- No charges during pause
- Auto-resumes after pause period
Resubscribing
After cancellation or pause:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Resubscribe
- Choose plan
- Enter payment details
- Pro features restore immediately
Billing History
View past payments:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Billing history
- See all transactions
- Download invoices
Refunds
Our refund policy:
- 14-day guarantee for new subscriptions
- Contact support for refund requests
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Team Subscriptions
For team billing:
- Owner manages team subscription
- Per-seat pricing
- Add/remove seats as needed
