Payment Methods
Manage how you pay for TodoTicked.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal: Link your PayPal account
- Apple Pay: Available in iOS app
- Google Pay: Available in Android app
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment methods
- Click Add payment method
- Enter card details or connect PayPal
- Click Save
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment methods
- Find the card to update
- Click Edit
- Update details
- Click Save
Removing Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment methods
- Find the card to remove
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
Note: You must have at least one valid payment method for active subscriptions.
Default Payment Method
Set which card is charged:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment methods
- Click Set as default on preferred card
Payment Security
Your payment information is:
- Encrypted in transit
- Stored securely by Stripe
- Never visible to TodoTicked staff
- PCI DSS compliant
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We retry the payment after a few days
- Update your payment method if needed
- Service continues during grace period
Invoices & Receipts
Download your payment history:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Billing history
- Click Download on any invoice
