Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days:
- Applies to first subscription payment only
- No questions asked
- Full refund processed within 5-7 days
After 14 Days
After the guarantee period:
- Refunds considered case-by-case
- Contact support with your situation
- Partial refunds may be offered
- Technical issues are prioritized
Requesting a Refund
Via App
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Request refund
- Select reason
- Submit request
Via Email
Email support@todoticked.com with:
- Your account email
- Subscription type
- Reason for refund
- Any relevant details
We respond within 24 hours.
What Happens After Refund
When your refund is processed:
- Payment reversed to original method
- Account downgraded to Free
- Pro features immediately unavailable
- Your data remains intact
Canceling vs Refund

Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds for:
- Extended service issues
- Features not working
- Billing errors

If you see an unexpected charge:
- Check billing history first
- Contact support before disputing
- We can usually resolve quickly
- Disputes take longer to process
Annual Subscriptions
For annual plans:
- 14-day full refund available
- After 14 days, prorated refund may be offered
- Contact support to discuss options
Team Refunds
For team subscriptions:
- Same 14-day policy applies
- Refund for unused seat-months
- Contact support for team refunds
